  • Responsible for the organisation, management and operation of ECA’s administrative activities and support staff in relation to Undergraduate (UG) teaching, learning, assessment and QA activities. As well as UG course/programme support, key undergraduate activities include Open Days/Applicant Days, Induction, Teaching Programme Reviews (TPRs), National Student Survey, updating of annual Degree Regulations and Programmes of Study, Exam Boards etc.
  • Implementation of University/CHSS/ECA system and procedural changes as these relate to UG teaching, learning and assessment
  • Contributing to the development of policies and practice and identifying strategic priorities through the provision of strategic and operational advice and management information to key academic and administrative colleagues including the ECA UG Director, Senior Tutor and Heads of School, ECA Director of Professional Services
  • Overall responsibility for recruitment, deployment, development and line management of the ECA Teaching Organisation team (including Student Support officers and WP co-ordinator). Review operational structures and staffing levels or staffing roles to ensure ECA‘s objectives are met effectively
