- Managing the delivery of the full range of services and systems across the ECA Research, KE & Impact Office and associated research units
- Managing and developing the RKEI staff, including managing staff through change, the coordination and management of recruitment for all RKEI support staff, and all externally-funded research grant posts
- Providing strategic and operational advice, management information and administrative and managerial support to the Director and Deputy Director of Research, Director of Outreach, ECA management team and other key academic members of ECA
- Providing professional support, specialist advice and recommendations for projects and initiatives involving the investigation and analysis of issues that impact across ECA, and the formation and implementation of practical or strategic recommendations for administrative and academic managers
