- A key member of the senior leadership team, with responsibility for the overall leadership, organisation, planning, development and management of the interrelationship of a team of professional service managers to deliver their strategic objectives in distinctive research, teaching and social/civic/public engagement.
- Ensures liaison with senior College Office team and active participation in wider institutional programmes and projects of strategic importance relating to professional services, as well as other wider external stakeholders on a national and international level.
- Takes a leading role in the development of School and campus strategy aligned to wider organisational priorities and objectives with a remit to foresight policy and process changes that respond to major issues and/or contribution to College-wide activities that enhance experience in Schools beyond ECA.
