Class of 2025
There will also be several ECA alumni featured on the 'Recent Graduate Spotlight Stand' at the Affordable Art Fair London.
Stand curator Jo McLaughlin is full of praise for the work of our Class of 2025. She said: "Of the 17 degree shows I visited while scouting artists for my stand across the UK, Edinburgh College of Art’s degree show was, hands down, the standout degree show for me. Everything about it was inspiring, from the range of materials and subjects explored to the show’s hang across the main building.
"I left the degree show feeling equal parts excitement and pride in the standard of art being taught, produced and nurtured in Scotland. It is a privilege to show the work of five students from the 2025 ECA degree show at the Affordable Art Fair this year."
The ECA alumni taking part, all from the BA (Hons) Painting, are:
Rosie Hodgson Smith
Hattie Quigley
Sean Obrzud
Isabel Webb
Alex Howey.
