The Practice Room passes for 2025-26 are now sold out. A further batch of 100 will be released in September 2026.

In order to be added to the waiting list for this please email eca.musicstudios@ed.ac.uk and copy and paste this exact text into the email subject: 

Practice Room Pass waiting list request 

If you have sent your email correctly you will receive a confirmation email within 10 minutes. If you do not receive a confirmation email, you have not been added to the waiting list. If this happens, it is likely that you have not copied the text correctly and you should send a new email and ensure that you copy and paste the text above, rather than typing the subject or only copying some of the text. 

When the passes go on sale we will email this waiting list to let you know when the passes will be available. It is likely that these will sell out quickly and that there will be more than 100 added to the waiting list so being added to the waiting list does not guarantee you purchase, but it will give you notice when the passes go on sale. 

Please note the waiting list will be deleted each semester, and you will need to request membership of the list for each period when passes go on sale.
