The EDI Committee consists of academic representatives from each Subject Area, representatives from Professional Services, and UG and PGT student representation.

The Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Committee is made up of staff and students from different areas of ECA, with an interest and expertise in these issues.

As EDI Directors we stand in solidarity with the Black Lives Matter movement and oppose racism in all its forms.

We are proud that, building on ESALA’s success in 2014, the whole school of ECA has now been awarded the Athena Swan Bronze Award recognising our work to address and support gender equality.
