ECA is engaged in a variety of projects that build and maintain relationships with schools and colleges, with the aim of easing students' transition into their chosen creative degree and providing information, advice and guidance for prospective students, as well as their parents, teachers and careers advisors.

Initiated and led by Dr Patricia Allmer, with Dr Emily Goetsch and Cara Samuels, the programme allowed students theoretical, historical, and practical engagements with different ECA subject areas including Art, Design, History of Art, and Music.

The sessions were part of a larger project to paint a peace mural in Princes Street Gardens.

Kristen Kreider is a writer and artist who works in collaboration with the architect James O’Leary to engage with sites of architectural and cultural interest. Her research stems from an interest in the poetics of thought, its materialization as form, and a concern with how artworks relate to the world.
