Liz Adamson is an artist and curator working in East Lothian and studied Painting at Edinburgh College of Art.

Whilst her practice is rooted in painting, Liz works across the disciplines using photography, film and installation and her research interests focus on our relationship with nature, from aesthetics to environmentalism but also culturally in terms of folklore, ritual and superstition. She recently introduced Natural History to the painting syllabus as an elective.
