About RSA NEW CONTEMPORARIES

This carefully curated exhibition offers a unique opportunity to see a selection of Scotland’s finest emerging talent under one roof. It represents the Royal Scottish Academy’s commitment to supporting and presenting the best contemporary work in Scotland and is an important initiative for the country’s emerging artists.

The selection was made by exhibition convener, Edward Summerton RSA, with assistance from fellow academicians and representatives from Scotland’s five main colleges of art.

The architecture on show was selected by architecture convenor, Fergus Purdie RSA (Elect).

The exhibition is supported by Walter Scott & Partners Limited and, for the seventh consecutive year, The Skinny is its Media Partner.
