We are pleased to announce that the speakers for this Prokalò seminar are:

Justin Chung (PhD in Architecture, University of Edinburgh)

Title: 'Disparity and defiance: introducing a night-time urban design framework from a Taipei night market'

Key words: differential space, insurgent public space, night-time city, night markets, Taipei, Taiwan

The overlap between the two talks should foster discussions on engagement with in public spacesmapping as methodology and participatory design, as well as discussions on the research experience at different institutions.

We have suggested as little preparation as possible to foster the new Prokalò concept of informality, discussion, and mutual support!

As always, there will be the usual refreshments and over-drinks discussion.

Open to staff, students, as well as those external to the university.
