This is a state of the art account of the shifting paradigm informing actions to preserve, enhance, increase, restore and revitalise the cultural heritage of Spain, coupled with large area, territorial and landscape actions, society reading, typology studies, etc., portraying both the mutual dependencies of those approaches and their synergies, and illustrated with examples of World Heritage cities and other historic areas.

This event is jointly organised by The Scottish Centre for Conservation Studies at the University of Edinburgh with the MSc in Architectural Design for the Conservation of Built Heritage at the University of Strathclyde and Edinburgh World Heritage.
