Our Open Days are a great opportunity to find out about studying at Edinburgh College of Art from the people who know it best: our staff and students.

Our next undergraduate Open Days will take place at the University on:

• Saturday 5th October 2024
• Saturday 26th October 2024

What to expect from an undergraduate Open Day

At our undergraduate Open Days, you’ll have the opportunity to see our campus and facilities, meet your future lecturers and talk to students about their experiences of studying here.

This year we are offering the following activities at Edinburgh College of Art:

• Introduction talks for all of our undergraduate degrees
• Tours of learning spaces and facilities for:
• Art and Design
• Architecture, Landscape Architecture and Interior Design
• Music
• Drop-in information desks where you can ask questions about studying with us

Building work at Edinburgh College of Art

When you visit us on the Open Day, you will notice that work has begun to develop the ECA estate. This investment is to improve the campus and facilities. In 2024/25 the main focus of work will be on the Fire Station at Lauriston Campus. Looking ahead to 2025/26, work will begin to upgrade many facilities, way finding, landscaping and the introduction of a new Student Hub. The work will happen sequentially to ensure no or limited disruption to your studies.
