Delivered by Christopher Pierce, Head of the AA Visiting School as well as Unit Master in AA's Intermediate 9 program.

Chronicling his recent collaborations with chef René Redzepi and his team at Noma in Copenhagen, and chef Esben Holmboe Bang and his team at Maaemo in Oslo - Christopher's lecture explores developing context-driven architectural projects that learn and take inspiration from how particular chefs and restaurants reinvent and reimagine food based on their context and traditions.
