ECA Wellbeing Week 2019 ECA MindSpa; Activities to relax and refresh your mind and improve wellbeing. Open to staff and students.

The '5 Ways to Wellbeing' are five distinct actions to help improve personal wellbeing: connect, be active, keep learning, take notice, and give. The University is promoting these steps as a great tool for students and staff to enhance their own and each other's wellbeing.

ECA Cup of teaA 30-minute session, telling the story of Emma Gillies and the 2014 retrospective exhibition of her work, it will explore the relationship between art and lived experience through the ‘comfort of things’, to think about how art and design objects mediate the emotions in positive ways. | Main Building, Room C21 | 10.30am - 11am

Stitch and Bitch: Social knitting group hosted by the Student Support Office. Bring your knitting and crocheting along and have a chat with the Student Support Officers to find out what Student Support Officers can do for you. | Albertina's student space, Hunter Building | 1pm - 2.30pm

The Café

The Café is open 8.30am - 5pm and offers a wide range of barista drinks, snacks, soup, main meals, light lunches, salads, specials and treats to fuel your body and mind. During Wellbeing a Week a variety of healthy eating options will be available. Come and take some time out in our stylish, friendly Café.

Sculpture Court

Tell us how your day is going or take a few moments to engage in mindful colouring on the ECA Wellbeing Walls located in the Sculpture Court, on the Mezzanine level.
