ECA Wellbeing Week 2019 ECA MindSpa; Activities to relax and refresh your mind and improve wellbeing. Open to staff and students.

The '5 Ways to Wellbeing' are five distinct actions to help improve personal wellbeing: connect, be active, keep learning, take notice, and give. The University is promoting these steps as a great tool for students and staff to enhance their own and each other's wellbeing.

ECA Thera-pooches | Wee Red Bar | 10am - 2pm | Sign-up for your 10-minute Thera-pooch session on the day from 9.30am onwards

Stitch and Bitch: Social knitting group hosted by the Student Support Office. Bring your knitting and crocheting along and have a chat with the Student Support Officers to find out what Student Support Officers can do for you. | Albertina's student space, Hunter Building | 1pm - 2.30pm

 

Throughout Wellbeing Week

The Café

The Café is open 8.30am - 5pm and offers a wide range of barista drinks, snacks, soup, main meals, light lunches, salads, specials and treats to fuel your body and mind. During Wellbeing a Week a variety of healthy eating options will be available. Come and take some time out in our stylish, friendly Café.

Sculpture Court

Tell us how your day is going or take a few moments to engage in mindful colouring on the ECA Wellbeing Walls located in the Sculpture Court, on the Mezzanine level.
