We are aware that you may still have items of your work and personal belongings stored on the ECA campus.

In advance of the deadline of Monday 31st May 2021 we want to make sure you are fully informed about the options available to you.

Throughout the changing lockdown status of the last year we have continually looked to offer a process where it was safe and feasible to reunite you with your items. There have been periods where collection has been available; however, following Scottish Government and University of Edinburgh guidance we can currently offer you the ability to collect.

However,  there may be different travel guidance depending upon where you live therefore we recommend that you check and follow the latest Scottish Government rules on meeting others and travel before arranging to collect your items.

What we need you to do

  • We need to hear from you before Monday 31st May 2021:
    • If you wish to collect your items, contact us to discuss.
    • If you no longer wish to collect your items, please confirm this to be the case and we will dispose of your items, recycling where possible.
    • If you are unclear about what items you may have stored, you can request an online video appointment with an ECA technician who will show you the items you have stored before making your decision.

Please use the contact details below to tell us about any items that are stored within ECA.

I cannot come to ECA campus by 31st May, but I want to collect my items

Contact us by 31st May to discuss your options.

If you do not contact us by Monday 31st May, we will dispose of all remaining items.
